Beverly D. Malloy, President & CEO
Beverly D. Malloy is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Malloy Group, Inc. She has more than twenty-five years of diverse and innovative experience with government, corporations, higher education institutions, and private businesses in planning, project and program management, financial management, and operations.
Ms. Malloy has continually combined her interests of life-long learning and developing solutions for government and business. She has served as a faculty member, a director, and an executive vice president with higher education institutions. She began her consulting career as a financial analyst with a defense contractor headquartered in Northern Virginia and later served as a comptroller for a $50 million sports management corporation in Washington, DC. She formulates planning and development activities, and promotes business opportunities with government, industry, and higher education institutions.
Ms. Malloy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Clark-Atlanta University.

Thea V. Credle, Associate
Thea Credle has a proven track record of leadership experience in public health, emergency management, homeland security, and public safety. She offers extensive experience in developing collaborative partnerships with the public and private sector organizations.
Ms. Credle began her career as an intern with the Boston Public Health Commission where she developed emergency response plans for public residential facilities and trained the workforce. She later served as senior program manager of the Commission’s Metropolitan Medical Response System where she ensured the enhanced capabilities of 13 area hospitals to respond to a mass casualty event. At Boston University, Ms. Credle coordinated emergency management activities with applicable regulatory agencies, managed threat, vulnerability, and risk assessment projects, and oversaw emergency planning initiatives for on-site and off-site campuses. She has proficiency in the design, facilitation and evaluation of exercises that follow Homeland Security and Evaluation Program guidance. Ms. Credle has participated in discussion-based and operations-based exercises with the City of Boston, Boston University, and The George Washington University.
Ms. Credle holds the Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the Master of Public Health degree in Social and Behavioral Health from the Boston University School of Public Health.

LaNae S. Croxton, Associate
Ms. Croxton is a Human Resources executive with experience in multiple industries including financial services, energy, sales and higher education. She is recognized as a strategic leader in recruitment, training and development, and operations. She has led HR organizations and also served as HR business partner to senior executives. Ms. Croxton has also led initiatives to improve employee engagement, cultural diversity and organizational health. She has extensive experience in the design of systems for performance management using the SMART planning process to support the achievement of business objectives. As an OD (organizational development) practitioner, she has led large-scale change initiatives in conjunction with mergers, acquisitions, and company reorganizations.
Ms. Croxton has held leadership positions in human resources, including Vice President of Training and Development, Maryland National Bank; Vice President of Human Resources and Training, Zurich North America; Director of Human Resources Services, Farmers Insurance Group; Director of Corporate Training and Organizational Development, Constellation Energy Group; and Executive Director of Human Resources with Laureate Education, Inc.
Ms. Croxton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with double majors in English and journalism and a minor in secondary education from the University of Maryland, College Park. She holds a Master of Arts degree in American literature from Morgan State University and an Executive MBA from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland. John P. Kennedy, Associate
John Kennedy has more than 30 years of federal government experience in emergency planning and response.
As a senior executive with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Mr. Kennedy was responsible for the development, implementation, and supervision of Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Continuity of Government (COG) plans pursuant to Presidential Decision Directive 67. These plans covered the response to any national security emergency, natural disaster, military attack or technological emergency or other emergency that seriously degraded or threatened the national security of the United States. Mr. Kennedy played a key role in coordinating the HUD response to Hurricane Katrina; he also reviewed and assessed the recovery plans of Louisiana and Mississippi. His career began with military service in the U.S. Army as a Nuclear Weapons Officer in headquarters 56th Military Brigade Schwaebisch Gmuend, Germany where he was responsible for the deployment, operations, storage and safety of nuclear warheads.

Kevin L. Kincaid, Associate
Kevin Kincaid spearheads the development of new business and strategic partnerships in homeland security-emergency management. He brings more than 30 years of fire and rescue and emergency response experience at the local, national, and international levels.
Mr. Kincaid served as Deputy Chief of Safety and Personnel Services Division for the Fairfax County, Virginia, Fire and Rescue Department where he oversaw the public safety occupational health center, recruitment, human resources, payroll and other offices. He directed the development of continuity of operations plans for all safety and administrative functions, and he directed short-term and long-term disaster recovery plans for essential operations. Among his accomplishments was the successful negotiation with the City of Fairfax to provide occupational medicine services for all members of the Fire and Rescue Department and Police Department in the Public Safety Occupational Health Center. Mr. Kincaid began his career as a Fairfax County Firefighter and ascended the ranks as Firefighter II, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain II, and Deputy Chief where he retired in 2008. He is an active member of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Local 2068. Kevin is well respected for his commitment to enhancing the profession through community service initiatives in the National Capital Region.
Mr. Kincaid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a certificate in Emergency Medical Technology from Northern Virginia Community College. He is a graduate of Leadership Fairfax and a sought after conference speaker.

Doranetta Y. Porter, Associate
Ms. Porter has more than 25 years of progressively responsible experience in military readiness, exercise evaluation, and preparedness activities. She is a U.S. Military Veteran who served in the US Army and retired as the Air Force District of Washington Deputy Inspector General.
Ms. Porter has extensive experience in medical readiness and exercises. She has more than 1500 flying hours performing in-flight patient care and treatment procedures. Ms. Porter has wide-ranging experience in exercise design and development, conduct, evaluation, and improvement planning. Her exercise portfolio includes, but is not limited to: mass casualty; patient movement; major incident response; national disaster response; attack response; evacuation; readiness and emergency management CBRNE, aeromedical evacuation contingency operations; active shooter; and shelter in place.
EDUCATION:
Ms. Porter holds an Associate of Arts degree in Health Allied Science from the Community College of the Air Force and an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems from Strayer College. Ms. Porter is a 2014 Bachelor of Science Candidate in Information Systems and Technology with a concentration in Homeland Security from Strayer University.

Wanda A. Young, Associate
Wanda Young has more than 15 years of information technology (IT) experience public with local, state, and federal agencies. She brings extensive experience managing IT projects in the healthcare industry.
Ms. Young began her career as a software specialist with SAIC where she provided system administration support for a healthcare application. She expanded her capabilities to include database maintenance and integration, hardware and software implementation, service desk operations, contract management, emergency management, and cyber security. Her communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills led to her earing professional certification in project management. She has managed projects for Holy Cross Hospital, the Internal Revenue Service, Computer Science Corporation, and the District of Columbia Office of the Chief Technology Officer. Ms. Young managed development of the Metropolitan Medical Response System for the District of Columbia Department of Health.
Ms. Young holds the Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Washington Adventist University and the Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
